We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. We want ordering from The Vintage Bee Company to feel straightforward and reassuring, so our cancellation and returns process is explained below.

Your 14-day cancellation right

When you purchase a wreath from our website, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason.

Our wreaths are individually designed, handcrafted and one of a kind. However, because they are not made to an individual customer's personal specifications, this does not remove your statutory cancellation rights.

If you decide that your wreath isn't quite right for you, that's okay.

How to cancel

To cancel your order, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your wreath:

Please include your order number and let us know clearly that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You do not have to give a reason or use a particular form.

Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the wreath to us.

Returning your wreath

If you change your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the wreath to us.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and choosing appropriate compensation for the value of the wreath.

The wreath remains your responsibility until it has safely arrived back with us, so please package it carefully and securely for its return journey.

You must return the wreath in its original packaging and it must be packaged sufficiently to protect it during transit.

Please contact us before returning your wreath so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address.
